So my 3 & 4 yr olds decided to insert a bunch of coins into my cassette player on our cd/cassette radio shorting out the radio. Fuse is not blown, radio is dead.
We have the DVD player (factory insalled) and are concerned that if we buy an after market replacement, the DVD player wont play sound through the new radio.
Has anyone changed their radio out and knows if you can still get your DVD audio to work through a after market radio?
Buying a OEM replacement costs more then a good after market so I'd rather go after market if it will work. I've been quoted $260 for a OEM replacement, and they want my old radio in trade.
