High RPM Miss

Ive got a 2001 f250 with the 7.3 p-stroke with an intake, exhaust and superchips programmer. When i go over three quarter throttle around 3000 rpm it seems to miss. sometimes not so bad and other times its bad. Any ideas?

Sound more like a hard misfire, or like its starving for fuel? CEL coming on? Worse pulling a hard/long grade or heavy load?
