i have a 04 f250 and i want to upgrade my exhust. my exhust makes a rattling noise at certain rpms and was wondering what exhust would be best to use. i have no emissions so i have no limits. thanks

 

I have the 6.0 and have an MBRP 4" cat-back exhaust. It sounds decent. I'm planning on doing a cat-delete pipe then adding a 4" down-pipe from the turbo. If you want loud and want to throw some smoke, go with a 4" turbo-back straight pipe. If that's too annoying, just add a good flow-thru muffler to that and you'll be fine. Good sound and good smoke!
