Our client, an electronic component manufacturer for automobiles, located in Des Plaines, is looking for two Customer Service Representatives. This position will be responsible for supporting sales growth and building relationships with customers and sales rep agencies. Also, the position will be responsible for verifying processes and maintaining customer requests, performing and analyzing credit and adjustment activities, and providing for total customer satisfaction by performing various tasks as required. Candidates must have at least two years experience and a High School diploma. Some college or technical trainingÂ*is preferred.
