Has anyone added the Ford satellite radio mod to their entertainment system. If so, did you do it yourself or have the Ford dealer install? What price?

Added visteon satellite to mine '05 XLT. Same radio at Ford installs on there vichels. Cost $229 for turner, $60 for cable.
