I have a 98 expy EB and my compass is stuck in S. I do not have my owners manual. Can anyone tell me how to reset or callibrate.

under the rear view mirror there is a reset hole insert a pin and it will reset it
some people say that after you push reset it you have to drive around in circles
but i di not do it and it worked[:@]
