I am trying to replace the speakers in a 98 expedition. I cant seem to figure out how to get the door covers off. can someone please help me? i am doing the fronts and the backs...any help is greatly appr.

the back doors have two scrows on the bottom of the door panel.
the front doors have a scrow in the upper right of door under the little trangle. one at door handle and lift panel up world and off handel same as back door
