i have a 92' t-bird with a 3.8 v-6,at one time it would idol high then drop off and now it constantly idols high.I would appreciate any thoughts of what it could be so i could try to get it back on the road...

it is possible the the IAC is bad. this was a common problem with the 3.8's, if its stuck ompen it will cause hi idle.
