does anyone know how to remove the pipe from the fillcap to the gas tank. someone tried to ciphen the gas from my 95 taurus and now there is a piece of pipe jammed in that fuel pipe. i was wondering how to remove this pipe so i can remove the pipe inside lol. im guessing its just a matter of taking off the visible bolts but im not sure. im also wondering if i should run it outa gas first so i dont have any spills.

Not sure, but on alot of cars the tank has to be dropped in order to remove the tube, and yes its better for the tank to be as emty as possible
