I thought timing chain last much longer than belt.

I checked ford service manual for vc/gm, it turns out:
60k ( and 120k): replace timing chain/belt(6268)

When do you guys change the timing chain? and how much it costs?

There's no service interval for chain/tensioner replacement for the 4.6......
