If its not that bad, you just need to replace the tire, wheel, and fender right? Check the tie rod ends, inner and outer, and have the a realignment after repairs

does anyone know where i can find an enlarged view of the front end underneath on these explorers? I have a haynes man and it doesnt show much. I had a bodyshop owner (well known and respected) tell me that my steering box is most likely the culpirate.thank you

Don't turn left!
Kidding! Jack up front end and place on jackstands. Inspect tierods. One of them has to be bent badly an making contact with frame!
