Where is the fuel seperator on a 2000 Ford F350 7.3 turbo diesel?

Under/behind the engine 'dress cover'... This is an image from 'behind' the unit where the fuel heater/water sensor, and drain valve are mounted.. Also seen are the fuel line connects..
