Default how do you turn off your wipers without the wiper control arm?

My buddy broke the control arm off his steering column and his wipers are stuck on high. Is there a way to manually turn them off without the contorl arm?

I'd go with the wiper motor plugs or if you have problems take off the wiper arms and let it fly.
