I have a 2006 Fusion 3.0.I have been having a problem fueling up,,it takes fuel slow. Ford dealer wants 1200 to fix the problem .Can I fix the carbon filter canister myself ,what is it's purpose ,where is it located and why would they want so much to change it out.
