a couple of weeks ago I encountered a transmission problem. I have a 1992 Ford Explorer with a 4ADL transmissson. I got a scan done. The error code was 926 - TCC solenoid failure. I replaced the solenoid. After having reassembled everything I started the engine and I shifted into D. The result is that the engine stalls. It is doing that in any gear. What is the cause for this behaviour?
