Hey guys. I just bought an 09 escape but I bought these relays from the dealer but I can't get them to work in my 4 cylinder due to fuse panel restrictions. I hooked mine up another way. I also have the adapter that plugs onto the plug in behind the bumper. I know some people have been looking for these items. Thanks.

09 ford escape mine has wire loom for trailer harness but does not work. I asked the service dept. where I bought the car and they said there was no trailer hook up for Escapes. After researching the problem and buying a harness adapter, fuses and 3 relays,I found that my harness won't work because Ford never hooked up the wiring to the relay plugs in the fuse box. And guess what? The dealer says it's not their problem. Trust Ford-never again.
