Hey guys, need help I have looked through prior post for similar post but kind of iffy. 2003 3.0 liter not 24valve.the engine breaks up upon acceleration when you put a decent load on the throttle.Usually above 40 mph witha decent increase, also merging at hiway speeds it can also cut out. When it does this you can put it in to neautral and hold the gas in the same spot and it will not rev any higher, sounds like you hit a rev limiter. When you pull it back into drive it will climb again.Just trying to find the differany symptons.New coil pack, plugs, wires and no engine codes what so ever.It has 105,000 miles, all O2 sensors are original,as well as fuel filter but doubt its the filter.I wanted to check the fuel pressure but cant find the valve for the tester???Also had the trans rebuilt at 80,000 miles which my trans guy said is about right for 03s on up.My 2000,never a problem 180,000 miles and going strong. Thanks for any help Allan PS I pulled a couple of plugs to check condition since they have a couple thousand on them and the ceramic in the plug was bone white yet!
