Default 03 escape no passing gear plus misfire

03 v6 escape developed engine miss and ping at 45mph. no miss at engine idle or take off from stop. ran obdII showed misfire cylinder 4. changed plug and coil. helped for about a week. same result miss at 45-50mph no passing gear upshift. ran obdII again this time misfire cylinder 4 and cylinder 6. Replaced coils on both and all new plugs. still same problem.
I had a service tech take a ride with his exspensive diognostic code reader from dealership. only showed misfires. and developed miss at low mph with still no passing gear at 45-50 mph. Changed crank sensor. Miss at low mph gone. Take off ok. at 45-50mph pressing down on accelerator for passing gear engine missing and does not want to upshift.
Changed cam sensor. Test drove and still having same problem. Escape has 65000 mi. any suggestions?
