i have a 1999 ford ranger 2 wd 4 cyl and it won't crank...i don't think its the fuel pump but it's not getting any fuel pressure. could it be the relay and if so where is it located at? it tried to crank with we sprayed starting fluid in it so does that mean it's probably the pump? need your help. thanks
