Default 94 460 running rough

hey yall i have an 94 f250 with the 460, everytime i drive it and when it gets to about 30 mph which is 3rd gear i believe it boggs and i have to stomp on the gas just to stop it. after 30- 40 mph it runs ok but i have a huge loss of power. i changed the fuel filter and tomorrow going to check the plugs and what not to see if they are bad. the tranny when cold takes forever to shift from 1st to second and it also down shifts earlier than it should but thats when shes cold. i have no idea whats goin on im stumped.
