Default f350 weak throttle response smoking at tailpipe

My 6.0 is running horrible. starts fine, but during warmup truck has no power. At full throttle trucks rpm goes all the way to 3500 w/ out accelerating in speed. Can't even reach 50 mph. Smoke billows from tailpipe. I've cleaned turbo internally and egr valve as well. Problem is worsening. What do i do.

If its white smoke it may be a blown headgasket . Do you have any boost you may have no response from your turbo. Or bad fuel injector/throttle. This is what i think im no diesel mechanic but i have an 06 350 6.0 so i read up on threads, since nobody else will respond on this site

Default 6.0 problem

Mine smoked among other things my head gaskets wer leaking so fine that the heat under the hood vaporized the antifreeze then after a tear down the heads wer checked for cracks and wer cracked in all 8 cylinders and the truck was under warranty with only 60k miles on it and ford has a 100k warranty they wouldnt pay for anything cost me $8000 to fix it and ad studs if u decide to ad studs do not buy arp ther not as strong call swamps diesel perfomance they also make a billet stud girdle and build stroker diesel engines and hold some track records with a 4x4 trk 866-595-8724 ask for dave the 6.0 has issuses and will continue untill u drop some good money even then its not for sure its a failed design and ford sued international over this engine for all the repairs and these days ford dealers are being told to deny claims on head gaskets and heads on these egnines as a ford service tech told me its an act of god to get any thing done
