The Hollander Interchange manual (70th Edition) says that the Ford vans used the same bumpers from 1994 thru 2004. There were, of course, different interchangeable styles- chrome vs painted and step vs non-step. Since the 70th Edition only covered vehicles thru 2004, it is possible that some post-2004 vans used the same bumpers.
No pickups were listed with these bumpers, although that does not mean that there are no pickup bumpers that would bolt up to a van.
