Default Swapping 95 powerstroke with 89 7.3

I am considering making an engine and cab swap from a 95 2WD f250 7.3 with an e40d trans to a 1989 4WD F350 with a five speed manual transmission.

Will there be issues with the computer if I keep the manual transmission?

The clutch and flywheels are different from 95 to 89. Will the 89 set up work with the 95 engine?

Any information would be appreciated
