Default 89 250 front end

have a 89 250 that the tires tilt in on. i thought it was the ball joints so i replaced all four and the tie rod ends and center links. got it all done and still have the same problem. i had some one else back it up and you can see the tie rods both move in and the tires come in also. as soon as it gets driven forward they straightn out and look fine. need some advice
