Default e-350 van clogged journals

Hi guys, have no oil pressure in my 5.8 351 windsor I have painstakingly dropped the pan and cleaned pan and pickup installed new oil pump and still have no pressure the gauge reads good pressure and engine sounds good and strong at low speeds 40 mph or under until I open it up and get on it 45 -60 mph I can hear the engine start to tick and stress out so I feel the gauge is accurate. If it is clogged journals is that in the heads or in the blocks and is it possible to unclog the journals or is it new motor time what is the correct repair if I want to avoid new motor Thanks for the help in advance 5holejamo
