Default 302 out, 429 in

I'm removing and replacing a 302 with a 429 in a '71 Ranchero. I have the engine mounts on the bb but was wondering if they will line up with the existing lands from the 302. Any help is appreciated. Cheers

The lands in the truck are tall, about 2 1/2-3". The mounts on the 302 fit over and are bolted from the side with one long bolt running fore and aft. The mounts on the 429 have a single stud running up and down, perpendicular to the mount.

Do I still need to buy mounts? will the tall lands work if they have or I put a hole in the top for the stud?

I'm trying to do this as cheap as possible as i'm out of work and money is tight, the 302 is original and wore out. That's the reason for the swap.

Cheers
