Default 2005 excursion...back quad seat stuck

....anybody know how to tackle a quad seat stuck in the down position....i weigh about 210, and put too much weight on it strapping kids in the 3rd row......it went down farther than normal......and it wont budge at all.......thanks if anyone has encountered this
