Hi I took my Explorer in for recall 05s28 and other work, first they say that all they can do is disconnect the speed control because the part would not be in until Dec. Then when I call in Dec. they say Jan. now they are saying Mar. or Apr. why is it taking so long? I live in N.J. Toms River. Also when the first tech disconnected it he did in a spot that left nothing on the steering wheel working, no horn,fan & temp, or air bag. The dealer trying to cover said a fuse blew and they replaced it for free, but an older guy came out from the back and told me that it was a new guy that made a mistake and unplugged it at a place that made everything stop working. OK no big deal they took it in and did it right so why lie, this just makes me not want to trust them and gives dealers a bad name. Thank You
