Default Push button 4x4 on 90 bronco

Don't you just hate when you get 17in of snow and your 4x4 don't work? I push the button and hear some kind of solenoid clicking but it just wont engage. any suggestions? Please reply.

I don't know why no one replied to you, this is probably fixed or long gone by now, but I have the same problem. If the solenoid is engaging at the transfer case (easiest way to tell is the noise it makes or see that the front shaft is turning, then it is you hubs. Mine is the hubs, trying to look at manual ones or something.

I have a 90 bronco push button 4x4. It does the same thing, but worse in the cold. I believe it's the motor not a solenoid. Still haven't changed mine, but if i keep trying it finally it works.
