13 C Max Hybrid

Just purchased a ‘13 CMax Hybrid SE 69k miles. Love it so far. Hope I didn’t make a mistake getting a used Hybrid.

Navigation ESN

2016 Cmax Hybrid. Sync3. Where do I find the ESN for the navigation so I can update it?

Not work

It finally showed up where I was looking before in the upper left hand corner.
