2000 Crown Victoria engine shuts off after accelerating
Hi, I'm new here, I hope you guys can help me out. Have my Crown since 5 months, no problems until today, it ran really strong and without problems. Suddenly I couldn't even drive out of the garage today because everytime I want to accelerate the engine shuts off. Besides this the engine really sounds weak when I start, normally it sounds really powerful, now it sounds like a small breeze. I already just all fluids and changed the battery, still the same problem. The car has only 86k miles. Maybe someone had a similiar problem?
I made a video of starting the engine and accelerating, I hope it helps.

Hiphop: I hear a high pitched sound and I see the AC clutch acting funny.
Can you pinpoint where the sound is coming from? did you turn the AC off before starting?
The sound could be from a belt slipping on a pulley, or a bad bearing in an accessory. It could even be a vacuum leak.
Is the CEL on? What's the code.
Has go-part ever helped anybody?

Do you have any tools or plan to do any of your own work? If you do, then possibly could suggest a few checks otherwise you may need to rely on a shop to do the tests and checks. To try and diagnose a problem over the internet is pure speculation at best.
Certain checks should be done before jumping to any conclusions. One of the simple tools would use a vacuum gauge to confirm a possible exhaust restriction as suggested in an earlier post.
What kind of service work has been done to the vehicle recently , if any ?
