Default Could use a little help

hey whats up everybody. well i have a 87 Crown Vic 5.0l 302 and im having some issues with it right now it wont start. when i turn the key it turns over but wont catch also when i turn the key there is 3 different relays (for my fuel pump i think) that start to fizzle and pop wich isnt a good thing. I think it might be a ground problem but even if it is i dont know how to start to fix it any suggestions? PS. umm my battery is charged good and my spark plugs are fine...

More specific please(when i turn the key it turns over but wont catch ) Is that the Engine that turns over, or the starter motor that turns but soe'nt crank engine? If engine is turning over have you tried to make it run on starting fluid? Do you have spark frrom coil? to the plugs? should check and post this info when possible.

If vehicle will run on starter fluid or brake cleaner then it could indicate you have a bad fuel pump.

If you have relays poping and snapping then you have electrical problems.I would check your ground wires .remove grounds and clean off areas .then remound ground wiressounds like its trying to find ground.
