Default engine swap

alright im callin out the experts on the crown vic for this question. Does anyone have any ideas on swapping a new engine into a 98-03 crown vic police interceptor? Does anyone know what engines the engine compartment would accept? Anyone done it? Any ideas of cost? I'm lookin to drop something in that puts out about 350hp give or take.

the only bolt in replacement is the 4.6l. with custom motor mounts you could put any small block (289, 302, 351w ect...) but to put a 5.4l or a big block (351c, 429, 460 ect...) would take a lot of modification. if you want that kind of power your best bet is a supercharger.
