Fast Flash Condition and Increased Load

Fast Flash Condition and Increased Load
I know this has been discussed many times before, and it has always been suggested to use some workarounds or replace the lcm.
In my case, I have a 2000 Mercury Marquis, which I purchased used, whenever the air conditioning is on high, the fast flash condition of either left or right turn signals appears.
However, when I turn on the headlights or marker lights, and use the A/C, the fast flash condition disappears, and the turn signals flash normally.
I would have thought that with the increased load, the Fast Flash condition would continue but it does not.
I have no other problems with the lighting in my car, and just for the hell of it, I replaced all the fuses under the dashboard related to the lcm with no effect.
Has anyone else experienced this situation with their Crown Victoria's?
