Default Looking for a copy of TSB

Hello,I'm looking for a copy of the following TSB96234 NOV 96 EGR - Intermittent MIL ON/Multiple DTC's Set
I'm working on my daughters 94 Crown Vic with the 4.6 PI engine, and its returning a 332 (insufficient EGR flow) code. All of the checks that I've done appear toindicate that the EGR passages are clogged. I'm trying to get the car running better before my daughter sells it (dirt cheap) to a single Mother friend of hers. They work as nurses together, and she is in desperate needof reliable transportation I don't have a manuals for this vehilcle, and so I'm trying to work through this problem doing research on the net.

Any help would be appreciated.

EGR - clean the passages and add a new valve. Carb cleaner might help some on a q-tip unless you have a small wire tube brush.

ISSUE:
Detonation and/or Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination with DTCs 332, P1407, and/or P1408 may occur under normal driving conditions. This is due to carbon buildup in the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) groove of the intake manifold (throttle body base).
ACTION:
Refer to the following Service Procedure for details.
SERVICE PROCEDURE

[ol][*]Perform "DL" Pinpoint Test as instructed in the appropriate year Powertrain Control/Emissions Diagnosis (PC/ED) Service Manual.[*]If Step 1 does not solve the concern, refer to the appropriate year PC/ED, Section 10A, EGR System Functional Diagnosis, and perform the tests involved.[*]If engine rpm does not change when performing test "EGR3" of Step 2, and the EGR valve checks good, check the EGR passage between the intake manifold and the throttle body for carbon blockage (Figure 1).

[*]Remove the throttle adapter from the intake manifold. Refer to the appropriate model/year Service Manual, Section 03-01, for service procedure.[*]Keep objects from entering into the intake manifold by covering the opening.[*]Using an appropriate size chisel, remove carbon deposits that have accumulated in the EGR groove (Figure 2) on the intake manifold or sealing surfaces.
