I think my blend door motor is bad in my 2004 Crown Vic. Is there an easy way to replace this without removing the entire dash? Thanks.

There is no easy way. You do not have to remove the dash. You can access it if you take the glove box out. It is really tight and hard to remove from there tho. You also may be able to take the top dash screws out and loosen the side mounts and pull dash to the rear and access it from the top. Good luck and have fun.

I find that it is easier to go ahead and take the dash loose, raise it up on the passenger side and remove the blend door actuator. It will take you as long to remove the back bolt on the actuator with the dash in place as it would to remove it. I've tried to tell that to local shops, but they always have to try it first.
