Question P71 Factory Shop Manual?

Hey this is my first poting on here and anyway I will be buying a used (might as well say brand new only has 500 miles on it and sat in a garage) 2005 Ford Police Interceptor and one of the things I want to get for it is a Factory Shop Manual for repairs and wanted to know if there is a seperate one for a P71 or if a general Crown Victoria Factory Shop Manual will work? I take it that a regular Crown Victoria Factory Shop Manual will work right? And if not does anybody know where I can get a P71 Factory Shop Manual? Thanks a bunch for any info you have.

The Crown Vic shop manual has the PI and Grand Marquis in it. It is all inclusive for that body style. Hope you like the car.

Thanks a million for the reply. And yeah I know I wil love the car when I get it. Plan to keep it for the rest of my life if it holds up and I can imagen it will since Crown Victoria's are one of the best cars Ford made. Too bad they had to screw the pooch and stopped making them. Hope Ford didn't destroy or sell off the molds. Be nice to see the car make a comeback someday but probably not. Oh well as long as there are used one's floating around that are still in near mint condition the Crown Victoria still will live on.

You may want to try the following link to get at the Chilton Manual online. It is almost identical to the factory manual.

Free Chilton Online - Any Vehicle!! (New Link) - CB7Tuner Forums

The factory manual simply has better troubleshooting information and a few vacuum diagrams.

Thanks but I will probably get a factory manual since I found a website that sells them. But if I change my mind I will let you know.

These DVD's came from Ford. I got them before the online Ford repair sites were activated. Let me know. Also PM me and let me know what you pay so I know what to charge. Thanks
