I recently purchased a 2003 Crown Vic P71 with 13,000 miles. The car came to me with 4 "brand X" tires. I attributed the excessive road noise (sounds like off road tires) to the cheap tires, I installed new Goodyear tires, with no reduction in road noise. I have driven several P71's and this car is the loudest off all! Anyone have any ideas/advise? Thanks!
