Replaced manifold, now getting misfires
Hey all,
So I have a 06 cvpi with a 4.6 sitting at 202k miles. I had to replace the intake manifold to fix a coolant leak from the thermostat housing as well as a leaky temperature sensor. now that everything is back together I'm getting a not quite consistent rough idle and its throwing obd codes p0300, p0307 and p0308. 300 is for random/multiple cylinders misfiring and 307 and 308 are cylinders 7 and 8 respectively misfiring. It should be noted that I throughly cleaned my throttle body and mass air sensor as well as refreshed my k&n air filter while I had it all apart as well as the outside surfaces of my injectors. Odd thing is, on initial start up it runs fine, and I had a couple times where I ran it up to temp and then some with out any misfires. The k&n filter is the only performance thing I have changed on my car
What could be causing this?

Are you sure the gaskets for the intake manifold are seating correctly, once I saw them not in place and that caused weird running issues.
Take the manifold back off, completed visual inspection, carefully put it back together making sure to connect every thing.
Wouldnt be bad to check all the coil and injector connectors are securely in place.
