I am guessing that the alternator and battery are on the way out. Have them checked at the parts store.
The battery/alternator don't provide enough juice to keep the ignition going when you put additional demand on them. If my theory is right then the car should die when you blow the horn as well.

I had the baterry replaced and checked the alternator. i got 12.4 not running and 14.8 when was running. it doesnt die when i run headlights just when push brake or use power window. i was gonna see if alternator was charging full capacity but when turned on all lights and heater the car died couldnt check it. also the stereo wont turn off when i push the power button it stays on...

Your charging system seems o.k. Now I am thinking that there is a wiring problem. Somewhere a wire or two have made contact were they shouldn't. And one circuit is shorting out the other.
So where do these circuits come close together? At the fuse box and near the fuse box.
Disconnect all the harnesses you can find and look at the connectors for corrosion and anything unusual. Clean them and reconnect them, look for broken and worn off insulation.
Look at wire harnesses that go through the fire wall or any other body panel. Check the rubber grommets.
Idle the engine and pull push wiggle various wire harnesses. If you are lucky you kill the engine and you have the culprit in your hand.
This problem can be solved but it can be a frustrating process. This may be testing your patience.
don't give up.

Is this an aftermarket stereo ? If so check what its wired into..If it wont turn off somethings wrong with it and it could have some effect on the problem..check the wireing at the back of the stereo ..unplug it or cut the power to it and see what changes..replace the stereo..probably bad on off switch..radio remover tool is available at any parts store
