1988 E350 RV Dual Gas Tank Operation
Hello,
I have a 1988 E350 for a Class C RV. It has Dual Gas Tanks. Do I need to flip a switch to determine the gas tank that it draws from?
I also found a switch to the left of the steering column with what looks like a steering wheel on it and the letter "SAS." Does anyone know what this switch is for?
Thanks for your assistance.

Maybe I can supply some of the answers.
There are electric fuel pumps in each tank and the switch sends the power to the pump and gauge unit in the tank you select. Some set-ups have a unit under the vehicle that operates under the fuel pressure from whichever tank is selected and that routes the returned fuel back to the working tank.
