Default 2003 e-150 van

Ok i have a 2003 E150- Van and my blinkers ,hazards,and brake light all quite working > posted earlier on annother post but just found out my brake lights dont work so new problem!!!!! Any help ? this van is important cause its my sons handicapped van so i need it real bad thanks

Well I found out if i tilt my steering wheel it makes all the lights work so more then likly its the muiltiswitch or wire connector in steering coluum

Well i got a new muitiswitch and when i took the steering wheel covers off i discovered the wire connector was off the switch so a zip tie later problem fixed
