Default 2005 e250 rear a/c problem

Rear A/c seems to work when it wants to. New compressor, frt orfice tube, rear expansion valve, filter dryer and flushed system twice. Works for about a day then blows hot. Any ideas?

No. It starts blowing warm air while driving down the road.

If the heater and A/C unit are one and the same unit i would think the temp selector is no good,[hr]Try to bypass the heater to see if this work's.

Blocked off heater hoses andchecked position of rear blend door to make sur it was pushing air through the evaporator core and it is not cooling. in rear.
