Exclamation 2009 Ford E250 Fuel Pump issue

Adding more information: For context I was driving down a pretty even road when suddenly, my wrench light came one, and the car cut power. I pulled off the side of the road and was unable to restart the car. It will crank but not start.

Im currently stranded in a small town in northern Canada. I am having an issue with the fuel pump not activating when the key is turned to the on position. Ive already checked the fuses and drive module and both are fine. I have read this might be due to the Fuel cut-off switch being bumped off; however I am having issues locating where the switch button is on my van. Ive checked the common location like in this video
but have not found anything there. I also checked above the break peddle and did not see a button. Any other ideas where ti could be? Does the 2009 Ford e250 even have one?

Or if it may be another issue that is not the fuel pump I would love to hear other ideas.

What you are looking for is called the inertia switch.
It is located behind the passenger side kick panel at the top of the panel covering on vans.
