Trying to find a replacement gas tank for a 1971 E100 Van but haven't been able to find one.

The closest Ford part number I could find is D1UZ 9002-A which I believe is for a 73 with the following specs: 21 Gallon, 23 11/16" wide X 32 11/16" long and looks pretty much identical to what’s in my 71 E100.

The best match I've come up with so far is a 1975 DORMAN 576111 measuring out at 22 Gallons, 23.5 Wide x 33.625 Long, and while it also looks very close to what in my 71 E100 I'm guessing the sending unit is probably different but that's something I can workout later. What's important is that the location and orientation of the vent and filler tubes look to be in the proper locations.

Does anybody know if the 1975 tank would work as a replacement for a 71 or even better, does anybody know of where to source a direct replacement tank for a 2nd Gen Econoline?
