Question adding cruise control to 2012 e-250 SuperDuty Cargo Van

I have a 2012 e-250 superduty cargo van that doesn't have cruise control i've seen various YouTube videos that show by replacing the clock spring and putting in a cruise control steering wheel i can get cruise control on my van by having it turned on in the ECM i was looking around the master cylinder and didn't see a speed control de-activator switch just a brake fluid level switch do i have to replace the master cylinder to get cruise control or is it already pre-setup from the factory and located elsewhere or do i need to get more components? if i have to get more components it seems hardly worth the investment. sorry if this has been asked before i didn't come up with anything under the forum search function

Have you considered an aftermarket cruise kit like the Rostra kits? Very cost affective, simple to install..

Thumbs up Rostra Cruise Control

I made a video with the Rostra Cruise Control install and I think this will work for you too! They have other models that should fit your E series.
Best of luck!
