Did manage to see the site offered, you didn't miss much.
They ASSUME the thieves will attempt to hacksaw their way to profit. The problem is enterprising thieves also manage to use a battery operated cut off tool and that can cut through steel cable like butter. Unfortunately, it can cut thorough rebar just as easily.
Maybe the guy with the beer and shotgun has a better solution.

Wonder if a bag of skunk juice hung under the vehicle that would break open when disturbed by a thief would work ? Would have no problem finding them, huh.!
