should there be engine coolant leaking from here?
Well I know it shouldn't be leaking.....but it looks like it's coming from this hose by the oil filter
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

This is one of the things you could do,
make sure the engine is cold when you do this,
loosen the clamp and rotate the hose carefully and reapply the clamp.
That might be all that is required to correct the leak.
If that doesn't help then you may have to cut a piece off the end of the hose and reapply it.
Of course you should clean that anti freeze from the area before doing anything else so you would know if what you did was effective.
I doubt the stub on the oil cooler assy is leaking, but it is a possibility.
Just keep in mind that if you remove that hose , coolant will come pouring out so be prepared to have something available to catch it, could be a gallon or more.
