Default Cooling System Leak Help

I am try to help my Brother in law with he E150 Van it has a coolant leek. the leak is on the pasanger side of the van. There is a rust hole in a metal tube that goes into the valve cover it looks like. Im trying get a part number for the replacement part or find a way to patch it. Any help would be appricated.

It is a 1999 5.4 L. The tube is actually comming out of the intake manifold. Do we need a new manifold or does it come out.

It is probably a heater hose and it can be removed and replaced.
