E-150 won't start after storage.
I have a 1995 E-150 with about 190K miles on it. Mechanically it is fine. Due to illness, I had to leave it outside for about a year. I charged up the battery, but now I have issues. The steering wheel won't turn, the gear shift lever won't move, the lights won't work, and the ignition key won't turn on. I'm thinking it may be a car alarm matter. Any help would be great.

After setting outside for a fairly long period of time , moisture will take its toll on connections, which all should be checked and cleaned.
Evidently , there is a loss of power to some parts inside the vehicle.
You cannot turn the steering wheel because the ign switch is in the locked position, the reason why the switch won't turn needs to be found.
You cannot get it out of park until the brake pedal is depressed and a solenoid is activated and because there is no power going to the solenoid because the key won't turn on, you cannot get it out of park.
It would seem the first thing to be addressed is why the ignition key tumbler will not move.
